Questions

Good to know.

Which parts of BC do you cover?

Our own crews work across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, usually same-day. Elsewhere in the province we match your lift with a vetted contractor near the site — tell us the address and we'll confirm who can be there, and when.

Who actually shows up?

Either our own crew or a contractor from our network. Either way you deal with one dispatcher and one point of contact from booking to completion.

Are network contractors insured and certified?

Yes. Before anyone is dispatched we check their liability insurance certificate, WorkSafeBC clearance and crane operator certification, and we track expiry dates so coverage never lapses on your job.

What size of crane do you have?

From boom trucks and pickers to all-terrain mobile cranes. Share the weight, the reach and anything awkward about the site, and we'll confirm the right machine.

Do you supply riggers and a signal person?

Yes — certified riggers and signal persons are included on lifts that require them under WorkSafeBC regulations.

How much notice do you need?

24–48 hours is ideal for planned lifts. Urgent and same-day work is welcome — call dispatch and we'll do our best.
